Information of the expenses and costs related to the mediation activities of Chance 2003 Foundation, as well as on the maximum extent of the fees for their accomplishment. I. Expenses, costs and fees of Chance 2003 Foundation, related to a specific client:1. Transport on the teritory of Bulgaria 0,45 - 1,50 BGN/per km
2. Hotel accommodation average sum - 260 BGN per night for an apartament suite(the specific sum depends on the clientss requirements for hotel category)
3. Subsistence, depending on the requirements of the clients as regards to restaurants 70- 90 BGN/day/person
4. Accompaniment with translation 24 h/day 80- 240 BGN/day
5. Photocopies of files 30-50 BGN per file
6. Translation of file 6.00-12.00 BGN per page for non express order and 10-20 BGN/page for express orders.
7. Legalization of file (tax stamps of the Minisry of Interior and courier services): (a) Tax stamps for Bulgaria 4.00 BGN for a non express document and 6.00 BGN for an express order.
(b) Tax stamps for Bulgaria 9.00 BGN for a non express order and 13.50 BGN for an express order.
(c) Courier services 3.00-9.00 BGN per document
Notary certfications/authentications of documents in the Republic of Bulgaria: (a) 3.00 BGN for certfication of every signature
(b) 2.00 BGN for the first page and 1.00 BGN for every subsequent page for signature certification, for authentication of duplicates.
9. State Taxes: (a) 50.00 BGN Tax of the Ministry of Justice
(b) 1 500 BGN state tax to be paid to the account of Sofia City Court
(c) up to 20.00 BGN duplicates of court rulings
(d) 10-15 BGN birth certficate
(e) 10-20 BGN court certificates, in case such are needed
(f) 100 500 BGN other state taxes in case such are needed
10. Taxes for medical examinations of the child in polyclinics nominated by the respective embassy: As per the list in Section II.
11. Taxes of the consulates of the respective countries based in Sofia, for issuing an immigrant visa for the child.
12. Fees for the experts working in the Foundation, if their services are requested by hte adoptive parents: (a) Psychologist : for working out independent expert reports, as per the tariffs of the Sofia City Court for other services 15.00 to 30.00 BGN/h
((b) Pedagogue: 15.00-30.00 BGN / h depending on the nature of the rendered service.
(c) Defectologist: 10.00-15.00 BGN / h
(d) Pediatrician, or another kind of medical examination: - 20.00 40.00 BGN medical examination
- 15.00- 50.00 BGN consultations, comments on documents
Incidental expenses (visits of amusement parks for children, museums, excursions): 100-150 BGN.
Mediation fees up to 15 000 Euro, with the option for engaging a lawyer for the legal works, including the above expenses without the expenses for luxury services.
