The Foundation has set forth the following aims:
- To contribute to the wholesome and harmonic development of the children and providing for them opportunities to grow in a family medium, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding;
- To offer cooperation to the competent state bodies, citizen formations (NGOs) and parents for taking the proper steps, which woud provide the chance for the shild to stay under the care of his/her family by origin;
- To offer cooperation for providing the advantage of a permanent family for children, for whom no suitable family can be found in his/her country of origin, via cooperation with the competent organs and organizations in the field of international adoption;
- To assist the social integration and personal realization of the young people, especially of children of separated parents and those in disadvantageous social situation, left for being taken care of in the institutional homes;
- To contribute to the formation of a belief in society, among parents, teachers and everyone who is related to bringing up and educating children, which belief is founded on consideration and respect of the child personality and taking decisions in view of the child’s best interests.
The fondation was founded in 2003 by four Bulgarian lawyers with long years of experience in the field of international adoption. The Foundation works in partnership relations with famous Bulgarian psychologists, medicine doctors and sociologists, as well as with other related organizations.When accomplishing its activity, the foundation sticks to the following principles: - Perpetuation of a view of life, based on the consideration and respect of the child’s personality;
- Absolute priority of the child’s interests;

- Absolute correctness in the relations with partners and clients;
- Highly professional attitude in fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities undertaken;
- Long term engagement with the fate and development of the adopted children and their adoptive parents;
- Maintenance of full confidentiality while performing all working obligations.
